My 2005 X3 has 3 pumps presumably, 1 for the windshield, 1 for back hatch and 1 for headlights. I read that the pump on the in baord side of tank is for windshield. I replaced that, and windshield spray still not working (other two function fine). I flipped the pumps, putting the new on the outboard side, still no windshield spray (while other two worked fine). I started to change out one on rear of tank, but it was different (bigger) than the two on the front (and the fluid line seemed to go off to the rear of car.

What we should have is elevated mass transit only systems and compact cities with the entire groundscape both green and scaled to human life. But being that the most powerful companies on the planet are all dependent on the wasteful paradigm of sprawl, ineffecient cities/buildings, and automobiles, this is what we get. That is the problem with monopolies. Industries that do not have to compete become stagnant. And actually in a lot of ways I think you can see the same thing happening with computers and electronics.

Same thing happened to Nissan when they introduced the GT R. The GT R had to prove itself on track. and it did. Now sure, the vast majority of GT R owners go for straight line stuff. But anyone with track experience will know that a GT R in decent hands on a track will 100% walk the talk. Does everyone like the GT R? Obviously not. But it lives up to its marketing.

Has anyone encountered this problem? Both the Chicco and Headwise are relatively compact seats, but would possibly changing out the Graco for an even skinnier Diono Radian or Safety First guide 65 perhaps solve the problem? We have a ICE Suv for long range, for now. I have taken delivery of the i3 REX and I can say for sure, I would have been frustrated but the Bev version. Consider it cheating but the Rex extender has proven so far to be worth the extra $$. I coded the car and I have driven with 174 miles of range, light foot and taking advantage of steep downhills with battery Soc hold. I can charge or I can pump, having flexibility is sure sweet.
