A Civic is a small, reliable vehicle. One of my biggest complaints with small cars up until the late 2000 was that everyone assumed that you wanted a bare bones vehicle. If you look at my post history, for example, we have a Mazda3s Grand Touring, and an Acura TSX. We want small cars that are easy to park, relatively inexpensive to maintain, etc. but that have nice features like upgraded stereo systems with Bluetooth, leather, blind spot monitoring, a quieter ride, keyless entry and start, etc. It relatively light, so it easier on the brakes and tires which last longer than if I bought something bigger, we almost always are in the car alone, or with one another. If you can spend a bit more, you can get a newer version with OS and the newer ones should also get better wide open with each generation (there four or five versions of the Sigma 70 200/2.8). One weird quirk of my version is the AF locks up and doesn work in video mode but I never shoot video anyway with it because it too jumpy without VR.

I been researching about the F30 328D in North America and I curious what the ownership costs are. So far I read there are a couple issues such as: NOx sensor going bad (Been trying to find DIY guides, but there doesn seem to be any) Transfer case going bad (Replacing with an used unit a bad idea?)

Eh I just don agree with that. They are elite at one task within a sport. Baseball is very complicated. You could have an athletic freak in centerfield and CC Sabathia on the mound. I believe that CC is top of his class at what he does. But my take is that athleticism is generally a trait that carries to multiple sports. That doesn mean you are skilled at multiple sports but the overall trait of being athletic can help you in multiple sports. A lot of baseball players are not that. They are just incredibly good at fundamentals and technique. CC Sabathia has to basically only throw a ball from point A to point B. Granted he one of the best in the world at that but outside of that what does he do in baseball that makes him an elite athlete? He an elite baseball player but not an elite athlete.

Is your 5y and 2.5y rearfacing or forward facing? I wouldn’t buy a radian for a ff child. I would buy a combination seat. There are a few narrow combination seats that will last you years longer then the radian. The radian is great for extended rf for heavier kids and okay for ff harness. But the harness and the booster are outgrown at about the same time and the booster has a 50 minimum so she might never weigh enough to fit in the booster mode.
